Cancellation Policy
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged %50 of the total cost of the appointment, no shows will be charged at %100, or a $20 fee if purchased through Groupon for either a late cancellation or no show. If a person has two or more no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours, they will be asked to prepay for their service at %100.
Product Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of products sold, returns will not be accepted.

Our linkers employ an inspection process to ensure your jewelry is properly welded before you exit your appointment. If your permanent jewelry breaks at the weld spot within 48 hours, then we will re-weld at no charge. JEWELRY IS FINALE SALE WHEN CHAIN IS CUT. We cannot offer replacements, refunds or discounts to replace lost chains due to the wearer's lifestyle, job and other external factors that are out of our control. This includes any and all skin factors.
With parental consent and accompaniment, we will weld anyone under age 14. Anyone under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All people are responsible for the jewelry once it's on their body, please see above terms for lost jewelry. Bracelets contain small parts and can be a choking hazard! Please do not leave children unattended with bracelet.
We assume no responsibility should harm come from a Touch of Sun Spray Tanning and Permanent Jewelry product.

Permanent jewelry appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 per appointment and that each person signs the waiver before their appointment.
